The theme of VBS this summer is Everest: Conquering Challenges with God's Mighty Power. The first day went well as campers gathered for fun.
We learned that being part of a team
and planning is very important.
Campers considered the difference between their wants and their needs. They also considered how God has provided for the needs.
Campers also learned about and enjoyed trail mix.
There was also drama, starting with some kids who needed to be woken up to do their part.
At Imagination Station, is campers did not bring their imagination with them, it was provided.
The day was full of fun!
