Converting a Home to Our Office

The "Yellow House" just east of the church is being remodeled into a parish office. The Long Term plan calls for an office to one day be built which attaches to the church. To do that right, however, would likely cost over two million dollars. So this "temporary" office is being set up so it can last for a few decades. This will allow us to address more immediate concerns such as a new community center and gym.

The two pictures above show the interior of the house when we took it over.

The room being built to the left will be the new copier room. The building will have seven offices including three up these steps.

Above is a picture during construction looking out the front door. But this doorway will no longer lead to the exterior.

Instead it will lead to a handicap accessible bathroom (shown in the pictures immediately above and below.)

On the north side of the building, space is being built for the main entrance and reception area.

It's coming along very well.
