The Knights of Columbus generously provided a pancake breakfast last Thursday for Catholic Schools Week. While the K-7th grade students were at Mass, the 8th graders invited our parish preschoolers to join them. (The 8th grade students went to the Cathedral for Mass a few hours later.)
The 8th grade students helped us with our plates and syrup.
At first we were a little shy, but our 8th
grade friends soon had us smiling!
The 8th graders modeled what it means to help others.
We had a wonderful time.
