Recently some parents of First Grade students helped teach the classes at St Columbkille Catholic School how to write an Icon.
There are rules for how to write an icon
(they are not drawn or painted.)
It is a very prayerful process.
The icons were blessed by Fr. Vogel.
Today some are in the church narthex
so they can remind people of
The Immaculate Conception.
