On Saturday,
October 15th our parish participated in 40 Days for Life by praying outside the abortion site in Bellevue. As we typically do, parishioners took 24 one hour shifts from 8 a.m. Saturday until 8 a.m. Sunday.
40 Days for Life is a national campaign. Over the last four years there have been participants in 422 cities across all 50 American states and 13 countries.
This has resulted in:
More than half a million participants
5,045 lives confirmed saved
61 abortion workers quit
18 abortion facilities closed
