Part
of being a Stewardship parish means that we share our time and talent, and we
ask you to consider assisting with a home renovation project. In the future we
might have both an assistant pastor and a resident priest, much like when Fr.
Steve Emmanuel was here, so we will be updating the house next door to the
pastor’s home. Under the expert direction of Mr. Bill Heese, we will
transform the current one bathroom, three bedroom house into a home with two
bathrooms and two two-room suites. There will also be an extra bedroom
for a guest priest.
Mr.
Heese is looking for volunteers who are able to provide advice and to work in
the following areas: electrical, plumbing, wood floor refinishing,
insulating, framing, dry walling and painting. It would be nice if you
were available to assist Mr. Hesse during the day, but it might also be
possible to work on your own during evenings and weekends. Please
consider sharing your gifts for this project.
