New Carpets

When you remove the desks in the Education Center, it becomes obvious that the carpet has gotten a lot of wear.

This is the second summer of a five year process of replacing all of the carpet in the building.

 It looks much nicer now!

Lenten Cleaning

Today the gravel and dirt is being

swept up from the parking lots.

The carpets in the church are also being shampooed.

Because of this, Masses at 5:30 this evening and 8:15 tomorrow morning will be held in the Social Level.

Carpeting without Power

The electricity may have been out this afternoon, but the carpeting in the school offices continued.

Carpeting

Carpet in the halls and offices of the Education Center are being removed and replaced with new. It is part of a multi-year plan to update the carpet in the building.

The carpet is being put down in individual squares. This way, if there is a stain or a problem in a year or two, the individual square can be replaced by our maintenance staff.

Where'd the carpet go?

Carpet had been torn out of the Education Center halls. It will also be taken out of the offices with new carpet coming soon. Each of the next few summers we'll be replacing some carpets so it will soon be new everywhere.

We've Got Carpet

It is amazing that we had our previous carpet for 30 years. To make certain the carpet we're putting in now lasts a long time, the new carpet also has a very high density to it. That means this carpet had to be specially manufactured for us. Now it has arrived. Once the tile is in place, the carpet can be laid. That should happen sometime this weekend.

The carpet color is exactly the same as the

previous carpet. But it is clean and new.
