St. Thérèse

Blessed Mother Teresa and St. John Paul II were widely admired in their lifetime. In contrast, St. Therese of  Lisieux (whose Feast is today) was known by few people when she died at age 24 of tuberculosis. Due to her autobiography, she became a very popular saint.
