Praying for Life

Even in the morning mist, some of our parishioners were praying outside the abortion site in Bellevue. From 8 a.m. this morning until 8 a.m. tomorrow (Sunday) morning, some of our parishioners will be there praying. It is all part of 40 Days for Life.

    This was my first experience at such an event. I am thankful that I accepted the invitation to pray there for an hour on Saturday evening. It was chilly by the end of the hour but it went by very quickly - so peaceful considering all the turmoil that goes on in that building. May God hear our prayers and help close down this facility of torture/death of innocent babies.
