What to do with the pews?

 The company who made the pews will be working
 on the ones damaged from water leaks.

The remainder of the pews need to be lightly sanded with steel wool and a coat of wood finisher applied. The company will train us on how to do the wood finishing. If you are willing to help, please give the parish office a call or talk to Bill Heese. With a number of people working on the project, it should not take long to complete.
Fr. Damian would like your opinion on what we should do about the kneelers and book racks. If we move the book racks to the back of the pew rather than under the seat, then we can move the kneelers back an inch to make them more comfortable for kneeling.

Would you like the kneelers moved back an inch?
Would you like the book racks on the back of the pews?
Would you like us to leave the kneelers and racks as they are now?

    I would like the book racks moved to the back of the pews. If this dictates that the kneelers be moved also, then do it; otherwise, I've never thought that the kneelers were uncomfortable. No need to post this comment--I was just weighing in. Is there a better way to get more feedback than having people post comments here?

    Moving the kneelers back by an inch would probably make it more comfortable. It always seemed to me that they were too close to the pew ahead which makes my back ache. Thank you for this proposal. God bless
