Preparing for Confirmation

There was more going on at the Confirmation Retreat Saturday than Joe Cudney winning the Paper-Rock-Scissors tournament. 146 candidates gathered to look deeper into their faith as they prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Mikey Needleman led the retreat with the help of Mike Debus. The two of them came up from the Kansas City area to bring new insights and perspectives. The need for repentance was covered and all of the candidates were able to attend Reconciliation. Mike was created Holy Art before our eyes as we experienced prayerfully creating for God.

After a talk on "Christain Lifestyle," there were small group discussions as candidates discussed topics like "What is the hardest part of living out your faith every day?" and "What makes you holier."

Please keep all of the candidates in your
prayers as they prepare for Confirmation.
