Vote for St. Columbkille as the Superstar

Spirit Catholic Radio has announce their first annual Superstar Catholic School Contest to coincide with Catholic Schools Week 2013. Ten Catholic elementary schools across their listening area will be chosen as Superstar Catholic schools. Each winning school will receive a plaque and a live on-air interview and promotion during Catholic Schools Week.

How will St. Columbkille Catholic School win? Click here between now and Saturday, January 19th and vote for "St. Columbkille - Papillion" from the "Omaha/Iowa Metro Region."

As a bonus, by voting you are entered for a chance to win one of two two-night stays at the Holiday Inn Country Club Plaza in Kansas City. The disclaimer is that if an entry is drawn from an individual under the age of 18, the prize will go to their family, in care of their parents/guardians. That means that while each person can only vote once, make certain that every member of your family, regardless of age, votes.

To Be Faithful Citizens

As faithful citizens we should: 1. Form our consciences; 2. Pray; and 3. Vote.

The US Bishop have a document called Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship. It is a good read for before the election.
