Promoting the 10 Commandments

During Summer Religious Formation Classes last week, the third grade classes studied the 10 Commandments and the Great Commandment. One of their assignments was to consider how they would promote one of the commandments or the great commandment if they were the webmaster for a website. Here are a few of the pages they designed.

Masses at Religious Formation

Today was the last day of our Summer Religious Formation Classes. Every day began in the church as the students gathered for Mass. After Mass, the students would head to the classrooms to continue their formation in faith.

Enthusiastic Students

This is the second week of our Summer Religious Formation Classes. The students are enthusiastic as they learn and grow in their faith.

A Quick Two Weeks

For the last time this summer, Religious Formation students gathered in the courtyard to prepare for classes.

The summer session ended with a

Prayer  Service led by Deacon Thome.

Then it was time for Ice Cream and

look back on a quick two weeks.

Halfway through Summer Formation

The first week of Summer Religious Formation is complete. It has been busy and active as the students learn and grow as disciples of Christ.

The First Day of Summer Formation

Summer Religious Formation began this morning as students found their grades.

Mrs. Thome, our Religious Formation Director spoke to the group ...

... then they divided into classes.

Part of the fun is recess.

But there's a lot of work going on as well.

It was a good first day!
