Skiing

"Skiing makes us feel small and returns us to our true dimension as creatures," Pope Bendict told some ski instructors.  He said their teaching on the ski slopes encouraged good Christian values including steadfastness, respecting rules and determination in facing and over-coming difficulties.

Blessed John Paul II liked to get away for skiing weekends himself.

Right now Fr. Damian is skiing in Colorado. We hope

he's enjoying himself and returns fresh and invigorated.
